Yes. We believe that you will continue to do business with us because you want to, not because you have to, you are under no obligation to continue to do business with us. You can cancel at any time just by sending us an email or giving us a call to let us know.

Yes. We are licenced and fully insured with a $1,000,000.00 policy to protect not only your property for any accidental damage, but also to protect you from liability should a team member inadverently be injured on your property.

We take personal identity theft extremely seriously. When ever you provide us your information and we enter it into our system we utilize strict PCI compliance standards (which stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure the highest level of security. Additionally we perform a full system vulnerability scan every quarter to identify vulnerabilities in our operating system, services and devices that could be used by hackers to target our private network.

Absolutely! If for any reason you need to cancel, pause, or reschedule your recurring service you can do so right through the Web Site or by calling/emailing us. We ask that you try to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling your order so our providers can plan their route accordingly. In the even of rain or inclement weather, your regularly scheduled service will be moved to the next serviceable date.

We will send an invoice each month. You may send in a check with the invoice provided, call our office to pay by credit card, or log into your account by going to www.PrairiePros.com and click on “Customer Login”.
